What we collect, and what we do with it.
Last updated 3 November 2026.
The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form, send us by email, or leave when you call us, and we use it to reply to you.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, organization and country you enter, together with your message. If you email us directly we hold whatever your message contains. If you call our business line, our phone provider records your number and any voicemail you leave.
We ask you not to send technical or sensitive information through this site. If you send it anyway, we will delete it rather than retain it.
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and respond to it. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile it, and we do not sell or share it.
Who can see it
The people working on Auctoritas Intelligence. Messages sent through the form pass through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States — SOC 2 Type II, GDPR with standard contractual clauses), which handles delivery on our behalf; email is handled by our email provider and calls by our phone provider. Each handles your information under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case it resumes. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will.
Changes
This notice is issued by Auctoritas Intelligence, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, which is responsible for the personal information described here. When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Your choices
Write to us at contact@auctoritasintelligence.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
